Therapeutic Focus

Neurodivergence
I welcome and support Neurodivergent individuals. Whether you have been diagnosed later in life or are currently exploring your neurodivergence, I can offer a supportive space to help you navigate this journey. As a diagnosed autistic individual, I understand first-hand the unique challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence. If you are looking for a counsellor who truly recognizes and can cater to your specific needs, I am here to help you feel understood and empowered.

LGBTQIA+ community
I am especially passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Through my own personal journey with a family member and my professional experience working alongside transgender individuals, I have gained a deeper understanding of the unique challenges you may face. Whether you are navigating questions of identity, dealing with societal pressures, or seeking a space where you can feel affirmed and accepted, I am here to support you with empathy and understanding.

Mental Health
I support people through a range of common mental health challenges — including anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, and feelings of disconnection or overwhelm. These are experiences many of us face, and you don’t have to go through them alone. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and non-judgmental, offering a space where you can feel safe to explore what you're going through in a way that feels right for you.
